Age Appropriate Strategies for Rewarding Behaviors

Parents will often use a reward system to encourage their child’s good behaviors. This is especially true if your “child” is an adult with a developmental disability. This workshop offers strategies on how to positively reinforce good behaviors based on your child’s age, ability level and preferences.

The seminar is free and open to the community. Presented by Joshua’s Path at Goodman JFS of Broward County. The Joshua’s Path program supports, educates and empowers adults with developmental disabilities, their parents, siblings and other caregivers by providing free consultations, a searchable website, resources and educational seminars.
