The Future is NOW

The Future is NOW conference is specifically designed to guide parents and caregivers of children with autism and/or developmental disabilities on the transition to adulthood, the associated challenges and the resources and opportunities available.

The conference will feature experts from South Florida and across the country on Medicare, Medicaid Waiver, Social Security, health insurance, special needs planning, guardianship and vocational training experts. The conference will also include a financial planning panel featuring professionals who will explore opportunities and financial resources for adult individuals with disabilities.

The conference is free; donations welcome. Lunch is included.
