Volunteer Day for Earth Month at Fruit and Spice Park

​Volunteers are invited to join Fruit & Spice Park with the mission of strengthening the connection between humans and plants and beautifying the park in honor of Earth Month.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Weeding

Pulling vines

Spreading mulch

Other light gardening tasks as directed

Qualifications: Youth under 16 must volunteer with a parent/guardian present.

Recommended: Please bring a refillable water bottle, closed-toed shoes, and protection from the sun (sunscreen, hats, sunglasses). If you have your own gloves, we recommend bringing them. Park staff will provide hand tools and limited gloves. Community service hours letters will be emailed, by request, following the event.
