For the first time ever, Spartan Race has teamed up with Chai Lifeline and Climb for Life to present an amazing obstacle course race in Boca Raton on Sunday, April 25th, 2021 as the Palm Beaches Spartan Sprint 5K Weekend elevates the obstacle experience to the next level.

Voted Outside Magazine’s Best Obstacle Race, Spartan is the first obstacle racing series to feature timing and global rankings. Coming soon to Boca Raton, the global event has several distances for both newcomers and seasoned competitors, and it’s made possible through the support of corporate sponsors like Chai Lifeline.

Chai Lifeline, the International children’s health support network, is dedicated to Fighting Illness With Love. Chai Lifeline is a leading provider of social, emotional, and financial assistance for children and families affected by life-threatening and lifelong illnesses. Their year-round programs and support services include case management, hospital respite, volunteer visits, educational assistance, counseling, afterschool programming, and much more.

Chai Lifeline proudly supports a wide range of community initiatives, including a partnership with the Jewish Inspiration Foundation for an innovative new program called Climb for Life. The foundation’s founder, Michael Neuman, went viral when he beat a pro athlete for 25k on CBS’s Million Dollar Mile produced by Lebron James. Michael then used some of his winnings to start jifoundation.org, stating, “it’s great to inspire, now it’s time to create change.” Michael is also a Pro Spartan racer, becoming the first Orthodox Jew to podium in the sport and competed in OCR World Championships in London.

The Climb for Life event changes lives by giving children and teens with physical challenges the chance to complete a real Spartan Race alongside supportive teammates. These participants get to showcase their strength at overcoming adversity and partake in a weekly virtual training program centered around wellness, fitness, health, and therapy. In the two months leading up to the race, Climb for Life will offer valuable lessons based on psychological science, setting athletes up for life-changing success on the obstacle course.
