Come one, come all to Deliver the Dream’s “The Greatest Bowlman” fundraiser at Strikes Bowling Alley in Boca Raton (21046 Commercial Trail) on Saturday, September 29! The circus-themed bowling tournament begins at 11 a.m. and includes a silent auction, Big Top trivia games, food, drinks and more to benefit the nonprofit organization’s yearly Down syndrome family retreat.
Deliver the Dream’s annual Down Syndrome Family Retreat will host as many as 15 families (at no cost to the participants). This retreat, along with nine other planned yearly retreats spanning various crises and medical conditions including autism, cancer and epilepsy, combines traditional recreational activities with therapeutic activities, peer-to-peer discussion groups and expressive arts and music activities.
Admission to this event begins at $40 for individuals and $200 a team (five people).
