Family Yoga and Meditation with Ms. Nipa

An “All Levels” class for the family to enjoy breathing, balance, and gentle stretching exercises followed by a guided relaxing meditation. Join us and bond with your family in this unique way to de-stress. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel to class. Don’t forget to bring your water!
