Mother's May Wellness Series: Week Two - Prenatal Yoga by Alison Berkery

Mother’s May Wellness is a series that offers a variety of events and activities catered to moms in celebration of Mother’s Day. During a one-hour prenatal yoga session, certified instructors will lead mommies into gentle stretches providing much needed relief to their evolving bodies.
