MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCACY GROUP TO HOST FIRST-EVER
NAMIWALKS RALLY FOR THE COMMUNITY

Fort Lauderdale—The National Alliance on Mental Illness, known regionally as NAMI Broward County, is hosting a community rally to announce the NAMIWalks season and promote awareness of mental illness treatment and recovery. The first-ever NAMIWalks Rally will feature refreshments, activities and information about NAMI and the upcoming NAMIWalks Broward County. The event is free and open to the public.

Presented by NAMI Broward County, the 5K NAMIWalks event will take place at Tradewinds Park, 3600 West Sample Road, Coconut Creek on November 9. All funds raised support the work of NAMI Broward County.
