Special-Tea Class

Discovering different spices and their ethnobotanical functions, as well as the application of said functions through tea. By educating guests on spices and their inherent benefits, flavors, and uses, we can create memorable tea blends guests can take home with them.

We will be showcasing spices that are traditionally used as medicines, ingredients, perfumes, and much more. Exploring where they’re from, what they’re used in, and their benefits.

Students will be learning how to create their own tea blend with dried spices, exploring the cultural significance, nutritional benefits, and the practice of said teas.
