Satisfy your sweet tooth, and yourlove of chocolate, at A Festival of Chocolate taking place on January 18 and 19 at Fairchild Gardens in Miami.
It’s an entire weekend dedicated to all things chocolate with tastings, cooking demonstrations, activities and classes. There will also be chocolate and artisanal vendors, live music, and the Chocolate Express for little ones. The admission cost is $24.95/adult and $11.95/child.

The Sweet Bar Studio encourages chocolate-lovers to make a creative custom chocolate candy bar using premium chocolate and a variety of tasty mix-ins.
The Candy Bar is a creative station where you design your own candy bar using toppings like sprinkles, crushed cookies, mini candies and more.
The Array of Spice Seminar takes guests on a culinary journey showcasing the bold flavors of cacao and the art of infusing it into a variety of dishes. Participants will have a chance to sample a chocolate-infused mocktail, a warm appetizer, an entrée and rich chocolate dessert.
