MOCA Mini Makers
Every first Saturday of every month, this hands-on art class for kids helps to bring the museum’s exhibits to life for young artists ages 6-12. Young makers are taught about the elements of art through painting, drawing and sculpting projects inspired by renowned artists. The YMCA’s Family Center and community-based aftercare programs for elementary and middle-school students are designed to empower youth and build their academic and creative abilities.
