Flamingo Gardens
Search for clues and solve riddles through the botanical garden and wildlife sanctuary’s new virtual Scavenger Hunt series. Join Ms. Kathy, Nature Detective, along with a scavenger sidekick like Chester the Opossum for a guided “scavenger hunt” Mondays through Fridays. Each day includes a clue in the form of a riddle for the next day’s hunt. Broward and Miami-Dade County Parks
Most county parks and nature centers in South Florida are now open for walking, jogging, biking, hiking, horse trails and personal boat launching. The Broward County Park System also continues to offer a series of fun facts and videos posted weekly on Facebook @browardcountyparks. Miami-Dade Parks is also posting weekly videos at #ThePlayground on YouTube and is posting the videos and helpful graphics on its Facebook @miamidadeparks.
