Camp Live Oak is located in Ft. Lauderdale Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. We offer both environmental and marine science curricula, with activities centered around unique environmental themes each week. A variety of activities occur every week, all rotating on various days. Field trips, on-site adventures, and guest speakers are scheduled to give your child an extremely well-rounded camp experience. We are happy to announce that we have integrated our Science of the Sea marine science program at Birch State Park!
Salty Angers Fishing Camp, Ages 7 to 13. Broward County’s ethical fishing camp is taught by experienced and passionate fishermen and women, who not only enjoy fishing but will also integrate best fishing practices and policies into each session.
Twice weekly field trips will take your camper on a variety of fresh and saltwater adventures, including drift boat, pier and shore fishing, and many encounters with Mother Nature! This Camp is run out of Hugh Taylor Birch State Park.
