Join us in pink this Halloween for Fit For The Fight, a high-energy community fitness and wellness event at Joia Beach Miami. Move with Christina, SweatPals, and Beyond Agenda LLC are coming together for a day of sweat, support, and giving back in support of breast and heart health.
The event benefits The Women’s Breast & Heart Initiative (WBHI), a South Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to transforming and saving lives through disease prevention and early detection. Through community-based programs, WBHI provides breast and heart health education, screenings, care coordination, and patient navigation for at-risk and underserved communities.
What to Expect:
Sweat Session: A one-hour, full-body fitness experience led by Christina and Carl. Class begins at 11:30 a.m.
Silent Auction: Bid on exclusive packages and items presented by Ryco Fundraising.
Recovery and Fun: Wellness vendors, sponsor activations, music, raffles, giveaways, and community networking.
A Moment of Connection: Space for those who wish to share their experiences with breast cancer, honoring survivors, caregivers, loved ones, and those currently navigating a diagnosis.
Dress Code: Wear your favorite pink outfit in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Fit For The Fight takes place Saturday, October 31, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Joia Beach. Enjoy a shaded, white-sand waterfront setting with views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. All ages and fitness levels are welcome; exercise bands, mats, and weights will be provided.
Admission is $45. Space is limited and tickets are on sale now.
